Architectural Glass

Architectural glass is glass that is used as a building material. It is commonly used as a transparent glazing material in the manufacture of envelopes, including windows in exterior walls. Glass is also used as an internal partition and an architectural feature. When used in buildings, glass is often of a safety type, consisting of reinforced, hardened and laminated glass.

Toughened Glass

Toughened glass is a type of safety glass processed by controlled thermal or chemical treatment to increase its strength compared to normal glass. The outer surfaces are placed under compression and internal stresses in the tempering. This type of stress breaks the glass, as in ordinary annealed glass in the form of toothed sharks, rather than scattering into small toothed rashes. Injuries are less likely to cause injury.

Laminated Glass

Laminated glass is a type of safety glass that holds together when shattered. The interlayer binds the layers of glass even when broken, and its high strength prevents the glass from breaking into large sharp pieces. Interlayer can also give glass a higher sound insulation rating
