Our
Deep uPVC Door & Windows has been formed with a vision to provide excellent and elegant window systems to housing societies, commercial complexes and retail market. Seeing the need for energy efficient and elegant looking windows for housing. We ventured into production of uPVC doors and windows. uPVC doors & windows systems are the future of windows in India. After making their revolutionary mark world over the uPVC doors & windows were introduced in India a few years back. The industry has met with favorable demand and future growth looks promising.
To capture this demand, we have built a modern state of art technology production facility in Noida (U.P.). It has production capacity of 90 windows per day. We have installed machinery with European technology. Along with four head welding machine, we have commissioned CMC Corner Cleaning machine. This capital intensive set up helps us to make windows which are technically and aesthetically correct.
Material of UPVC
The uPVC (unplasticised Poly Vinyl Chloride) profiles used by Deep uPVC Door & Windows is made from special moulding material. The process of making the profile start in the form of powder mixed and balanced homogeneourly with all necessary additives for high impace UV to form a compound that meets all the required properties.
